Privacy Policy — Bodhi Parent Connect

Bodhi Parent Connect gives authorised parents access to information about children linked to their school account. Bodhi International School is responsible for this service and its school records.
Information we use
We use the registered parent mobile number, account and device information, linked-child school records, attendance, homework, timetable, approved examination results, fees, notices, requests and achievements required to provide the service.
How information is used
Information is used only for parent authentication, school communication, displaying authorised child information, processing parent requests, maintaining security and improving reliability.
Firebase services
The app may use Firebase Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics and limited analytics for notifications and technical reliability. Student marks, fee ledgers and Aadhaar records remain in the school's protected application database and are not stored in Firebase for analytics.
Sharing and protection
We do not sell personal information. Access is restricted by parent–child linking, authentication and role permissions. Information may be disclosed only when legally required or to approved service providers supporting the application under appropriate controls.
Retention and deletion
School records are retained according to educational, accounting and legal requirements. Parents may request deletion of their app account. Required institutional records may be retained even after app access is removed.
Children's privacy
The application is intended for parents and authorised guardians. Children should not independently create or operate parent accounts.
